Also thought I'd mention that I found a nice replacement for the concertina.net converter:  The folkinfo.org converter at http://www.folkinfo.org/songs/abcconvert.php .   Has the same functionality as the concertina.net page (drop in a single ABC file, get back a sheet music pdf or midi file) but it uses the abcm2ps converter rather than the older abc2ps converter that concertina.net uses (abcm2ps handles some syntax introduced in the abc 2.0 spec that abc2ps chokes on).

ABCexplorer is really easy to use and searchable and does a great job printing the tunes to fit the page. Also will arrange tunes into sessions. Free as far as I know. The link -
