Madison Electric Mandolins
« on: Jul 12, 2005, 06:57:17 PM »
Hello friends,

I have started to pick up the mandolin here and there since I was first introduced to the wonderful instrument in January. I primarily play electric violin in a band I'm currently in, but would like to add the mandolin to a couple of our songs. Thus, I am looking to stray away from my purely acoustic mandolin and search for a mandolin I can plug in.

I quick glance around shows MA-115-E Madison A model electric mandolins for $100. I have to admit, that I don't have many funds and this offer it tempting. I searched the web for reviews, but could only find one customer review that gave it spectacular ratings. I have a difficult time trusting the single review and was wondering if any of you had any experience with this instrument.

Thanks and have a beautiful day,
Evan
